He has a proven track record in conducting health and social care audits, identifying areas for enhancement, and supporting services to meet and exceed regulatory standards.

Rubel holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Business Management from UK institutions, equipping him with a strong blend of practical healthcare knowledge and strategic business insight. His academic background complements his hands-on experience, enabling him to deliver balanced, data-driven, and regulatory-focused solutions.

He is currently progressing towards an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management, further strengthening his expertise in leading quality-driven care services.
