Our services are provided on a project or retainer basis, depending on the client’s needs and formal engagement.
Engagements between Elberra Consulting and clients are formalized through written proposals, contracts, or service agreements outlining the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
No consulting relationship exists without a signed agreement or written confirmation.
All fees are stated in the agreed currency and must be paid as outlined in the client’s contract or invoice.
Late payments may attract additional charges or lead to suspension of ongoing work.
Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where otherwise specified in the agreement.
Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for the successful delivery of services.
Cooperate with our consultants and respond to communication promptly.
Ensure that all internal data or materials shared are owned or authorized for use.
Failure to provide necessary information or collaboration may impact project outcomes.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.
Elberra Consulting will not disclose, share, or use client data for any purpose other than fulfilling our obligations under the contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials developed by Elberra Consulting remain our intellectual property.
Clients may use delivered reports or recommendations for internal purposes only and may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them without written consent.
Elberra Consulting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
We may utilize third-party tools, software, or platforms as part of project execution. Elberra Consulting is not responsible for any disruptions, limitations, or data issues caused by these external platforms.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
Upon termination, all completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.
Elberra Consulting reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
All updates will be posted on this page, with the “Last Updated” date reflecting the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
